If I could end up as pretty as her after the diet, I would do it too! :) <br /><br />I have to admit, it's *so* hard for me to stick with exercising! I actually lost several pounds after months of exercising, and just about the time I was making momentum, I just sort of got bored with my routine. But you know, having been exercising regularly for about 4 months now, I find that after just a week away, I really find myself missing it. It feels good to know it must finally be a habit now, if I miss it! It helps that it's spring and the option of exercising outside is there now.<br /><br />I would take the challenge with you, but I tend to exercise more like an hour or 90 minutes every other day, so I don't think the 30 mintues/day will work for me.
