Ingredients:
- Pie Crust
- Quart of strawberries
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 Tablespoons cornstarch
- dash of salt
- small box of strawberry jello
- cool whip
- Bake pie crust as directed and let cool.
- Wash and slice strawberries.
- Place sliced strawberries in cooled pie crust.
- Combine water, sugar, cornstarch and salt in a pan and cook until thick.
- Add the small box of strawberry jello and stir until disolved.
- Pour over strawberries in pie crust.
- Put in fridge overnight or until set.
- Top with cool whip.
