Menu Plan Monday

To try to be healthier and stick to my new eating plan, I am making my menu for all to see. I have already lost 4 pounds (in 3 days) after completing the cleanse. I am starting this week with the regular food I will be eating.

I am also participating in Menu Plan Monday at I'm an Organizing Junkie.

Breakfast:
Eggs, Fruit, Toast
Oatmeal, Eggs, Fruit
French Toast, Strawberries

Lunch:
Salad with Chicken
Salad with Eggs
Salad with leftovers from night before
Cottage Cheese

Snacks:
Peaches
Plums
Watermelon
Apples
Grapes
Strawberries
Low Fat Ice Cream bar

Supper:
Monday-Grilled Turkey Cutlets, Green Beans
Tuesday-Chicken, Pasta, Salad
Wednesday-T Bone Steak, Green Beans, Baked Potato
Thursday-Breaded Fish, Zucchini (on the grill)
Friday-Pork Chops or Pork Steak, Fresh Vegetables
Saturday-Grilled Chicken, Rice
Sunday-On Your Own

What does the cleanse involve? Is it a special diet or fasting or something?

Basically, I ate eggs every morning for breakfast. I had 1/2 an orange at breakfast, mid morning and mid afternoon. I could eat most meats except pork and I could eat as much as I wanted. I could have all the raw green vegetables I wanted. I could only use fat free italian salad dressing or oil and vinegar. I did not have any carbs and I did not eat anything after supper. If you are interested, I would be happy to email you a copy.

sure. I don't know how the no carbs thing would work fore me though. lol. although I need to do something.
