Ingredients:
- 9 Lasagna Noodles
- 8 oz Provolone Cheese
- 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese
- Small container of shredded Parmesan Cheese
- Small container of Ricotta Cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 Jar of Spaghetti Sauce
- Boil the noodles until done or almost done. Then drain.
- Mix the beaten egg, 1/2 the container of Ricotta Cheese and 1/2 the container of Parmesan Cheese.
- Put a small amount of sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 pan.
- Layer 3 noodles, spread 1/3 of the Ricotta/Parmesan Cheese mixture, 1/3 of the Provolone Cheese and 1/3 of the Mozzarella Cheese, and 1/3 of the sauce.
- Repeat. Layer 3 noodles, spread 1/3 of the Ricotta/Parmesan Cheese mixture, 1/3 of the Provolone Cheese and 1/3 of the Mozzarella Cheese, and 1/3 of the sauce.
- For the last layer, put 3 noodles, the remaining Ricotta/Parmesan Cheese mixture, put the remaining sauce, then top with the remaining Mozzarella cheese and the Provolone Cheese.
- Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
